2:50 I think isopeptidase is found in 19S subunit instead of 20S subunit. Cleavage of ubiquitin from proteins is done in regulatory subunit (Reference: Jeremy M. Berg, John L. Tymoczko, Gregory J. Gatto Jr., Lubert Stryer Biochemistry 8th Edition p.685 )
