With so much knives in your lives, how to do filtering? I saw like some people collecting artistic and historic bowie knives. But i wonder, do you have criteria for collecting like only taking most sought after models like for investing or worth conserving, or like the best Model of each type of steel or something?

Good question: I don't have a specific filter for collecting like some people do but I have three things I look for. One is history. Blades that have interesting stories are things I like to collect. Second is uniqueness. That's self explanatory. The third is quality. I take great pleasure in superior craftsmanship and engineering.

@@TheKnifeLifeChannel Thank you. The last point is a thing i ponder myself for a few weeks now if i buy a knife made from steel usually used for razors or scalpells as the commercial stresses an argument that it would make a better carving knife than most of the rival products.
