Fellow relaxed chick! Nice tips about protecting hair from chlorine & salt. Curious if you’ve ever used hair sunscreen? Also instead of the large elastic hair ties try claw clips, hair sticks, or the large Bobby pins for thick hair. I’ve found those to be helpful hair accessories to avoid breakage and still keep hair in place during a workout.

Hey R Renee! No, i've never tried hair sunscreen. I will research it to see if there are natural ones on the market. Thanks for the tips! I actually have those (minus the large bobby pins)

Try using head protectant whenever you wear your hair out in the sun

Hey Mandy! Thanks for watching! Have you tried a French braid and pinning it under to hold. That will help with the tangles. The oil and conditioner helps with having less tangles too. Hope that helps! 😊
