Right? I splurged and bought a waterfield pouch several months ago. I can't wait to finally put something in it probably next year

and did you?

@svenwald9199 No. I passed on Analogue. Not a company I want to give my money.

@@AG-bp3ll Good Choice. I completely understand. Their support customer service is 💩If you have any problems with your device then you are on your own they won’t even reply.

The Pelican micro cases that are solid colors have some padding in the lid and you can get some foam and double sided tape and put it in the lid of the clear version to help hold it in place.
@ericochoa40343 жыл бұрын
You can also buy custom foam to fit that pelican case and then just cut it out to fit the pocket perfectly.

Aside from display, the official Analogue case's best "out on the street" application is if you happen to enter and exit from secure facilities routinely and often encounter security checkpoints. I'll be looking into the Pelican case for my unit, thanks for sharing! I've already been using the Club Nintendo pouch to great success.

Just FYI, I drink hot tea a bit, and when I have a sore throat or a cold what benefits my health almost instantly is a tea called "Throat Coat" from "Traditional Medicinals" available at some Walmart and CVS's. Hard to find so I got some online. I'm not paid to say this btw. Hope you feel better soon. Love your work/content. Happy Holidays!

Now that case cost twice as much, more than the Analogue clear case. What’s the current budget choice?

I love the Pelican brand. When we went on deployments they would issue them to us. They also make great battery/weed case.

Those Club Nintendo pouches are the best! The microfiber cleans the screen every time it's used!

I use this and have a couple layers of bubble wrap to avoid it moving in the case. Works a charm!

Thanks again MadLittlePixel! You are a true hero to the retro gaming community! Would love to see such a comparison video for the GBA or Game Gear too. Greetings from The Netherlands.

Went for the pelican 1040 case myself! There was a shop on Esty that is selling custom 3d printed inserts to hold your cartridges inside the pelican, with your pocket still fitting on top.

Little late to the party😅😅😅 but in the clear case you can put memory foam! (Like for cameras!) you can make it so that it fits perfectly

Holding out for one that has a zippered pocket for everdrives and headphones. Sadly not much out there yet except that gray one but I need more protection.

Thanks for the tips. I like the pelican case but the truth 3ds one seems a good option for console and a game or two or accessories.

lol, and not too long before that it was over 110 degrees. I live pretty much in the desert so the temperature can be very strange. During this time of year not uncommon to get a bit below freezing during the night. The cold temps just barely started to hit us.

Still can't figure out why they called themselves "Analogue". Analog tech is stuff that isn't digital. Game cartridges, cds, etc are all digital. If they mean analog sticks, that wouldn't really make sense either. They make cool stuff though for sure, not knocking em. We just don't need normies so confused with their terminology. But just look at how TV companies talk about resolution as "720p" instead of 1280x720 or how internet companies use "megabits" instead of megabytes to inflate their advertised speeds. It's all to confuse normies.
