Thankyou for the help.I could not even find any good videos from Fernox as I have the leak fix from them called F4 . I could not even find any video on that.

how long do those inhibitors last? in other words.... how often should I flush and re-apply? thanks

Hi Hal, the short answer to your question is the concentration of the inhibitor in your system should be testing annually to ensure the concentration for the system is correct. As a central heating system gets topped up with water over time the concentration of the inhibitor becomes diluted and needs to be topped up.
