At Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge, on the planet Batuu. Somewhere in Black Spire Outpost there is Savi’s Workshop. This is Kamaka Mullen’s 4th build. 1st Protection & Defense build and 1st Gen 2 build. Come watch as Jedi Master Kamaka Mullen builds his High Council/Temple Guard build.

You can pick a crystal out of the standard four (blue, green, purple, red) and a few more are available from the nearby gift shop. When you pre-pay for the lightsaber, you choose which one you want to buy: Protection & Defense, Power & Control, Peace & Justice, and Elemental Nature. When you choose, the cashier gives you a pin for you to wear. Depending on the pin's design, that tells the helper which tray to give you.
