Excellent video -- just a question -- so the tRNA with an amino acid ( of which there are 50 types) attached reads the codon to help create the polypeptide from amino acids HOWEVER if a codon codes for a specific amino acid how does the tRNA have the correct amino acid to use when it read the codon ? in other words tRNA has to somehow know before hand which amino acid to use BEFORE it gets inside the Ribosone . I am puzzled ? Thanks

The tRNA has an anticodon which corresponds to the codon. This same anticodon attracts the matching amino acid to it so that it can deliver it to the ribosome
