The topic posttranslational pathway that you’ve taught is totally wrong and the mechanism is not of posttranslational pathway instead it is mechanism of protein folding in er in which chaperones and BiP are used + the daigram you’ve shown is protein folding not posttranslational pathway…..the TRC40 and GET3 are used in posttranslational pathways not BiP and chaperones
