Hi Emily. I am sure this isn't the first week where things didn't go to plan, just pick up and carry on. One of the nicest cottages my wife and I stayed put out a basket of locally made items. They had honey, fresh buns, 10% off cards of local merchants , local tea and a bottle of wine. Good job on the big people swing that is going to look nice. It's good you and Tom get out together. He is also right about his amazing wife comment. 😀

I think your holiday let approach is first class: plenty of logs, soap, coffee. Every time I stay somewhere, they always seem to skimp. Stayed in Como last year for a week: really fancy old building, turned into holiday apartments. 1 bog roll in each of the 2 loos. How cheapskate is that! I expect it now and factor in a shop visit as soon as we arrive!!!

Holiday Let looks good. One thing that may be of benefit, is a roof over the entrance to the let (not too big to stop the sun coming in, but big enough to stop rain coming in) This may also help to encourage people to not wear their shoes inside. Keep up the great videos. Watching from Australia.

Weather here this week has been. ...not cold. Highs in the low 30s all week, ramping up into the low-mid 40s until Wednesday when it will drop back to the low 30s. What sort of disorganisation is this?!? Milk for a cuppa is the second thing (after beer) into the car fridge (or the Esky if I'm travelling without a car fridge)! Nothing against you Emily, but I wouldn't take my shoes off either. Once I got inside, sure. But there's no protection from the weather for the shoes, no protection for me as I take my shoes off (and put them on again when I leave), nowhere to sit if I can't take my shoes off without sitting down. You need to get hold of another big pallet and make a decent enclosed porch area with a bench seat along one side and somewhere to store the shoes. A few hanging hooks for wet coats, etc. However, I do promise not to wear high heels on your vinyl floor 🤣! As usual, the food looks bloody nice!

I hate it when you get these books of instructions - an inch thick, then it turns out it's in 27 different languages. Each section basically just shows you how to turn it on, and keep the plastic bags away from children. 🤔 Also, Tom pretending to fall asleep... 😄

Well, that’s a question I don’t is the short answer but because it was great when we first got it for like a week and I kept it clean and changed the filter regular but we have a dog and it just can’t seam to handle it suction is poor I also had one of the cordless sharks that was good but over time couldn’t handle it so I cleaned it up and gave it to my dad who doesn’t have a dog and he gets on well with it! I’m putting my money on the Henry pet quick next… 🤩🤩🤩🐑
