If we are able to get our ATM visas promptly why not ID, passport , good conduct,birth certificate etc. some one somewhere does not want change at all.

100 years ago, you could get a passport in 1 day. Please, Kenyans, if you have friends living outside Kenya, ask them how long does it to get a passport in their country. Personally i know country's where you entre any police station and you get your ticket number and wait for your turn.Once its your turn you sit and you give the police infront of you your ID and he inserts the ID in a small ID reader and your info appears on his screen. Then he tells you to press your fingure on the tiny fingure reader machine to prove you are the correct person.And walla your passport is printed in front of your eye's . The time you spent sitting in front of the police to getting your passport is not more than 10 minutes.

Nyayo house ( immigration ) is a money machine for stealing Kenyans.The crazy thing is even if you pay them under the table, they still won't do the job.They think they are above Kenyans. They all need to forcely step down and their bank accounts veted. Kenyans have lots their livelihood because of this ministry. I was stuck in Nairobi for 9 months just to get a new passport, and I've had several passports renewed before. Applying for a new passport 1st time or getting a new passport through Citizens is like going to a war in their website.Millions of questions you have to answer on the website as if you are not a kenyan citizen. I have an ID and I have Citizen account . Why do i have to answer a million questions on the website ? Then I take my papers after paying online to immigration and they disrespect you and you are humiliated. That shit hole has to be dealt with.
