At the height of the CHAZ/BLM hysteria here in Seattle, there was a "Defend the SPD" rally at City Hall. I'd never been to a protest, and had seen how violent antifa was, so I was a bit unsure but wanted to see it with my own eyes. Boy, what a contrast! Pro SPD side: normal clothes, no masks, smiling, clear eyes that made eye contact, healthy looking, talkative, even to the other side. Antifa: obese or emaciated, pale, bloodshot eyes with dark circles, twitchy, wearing balaclavas and hokey military gear, metal bats, twirling umbrellas at anyone who tried to record them, lots of screeching (not words, just animal sounds), and clearly mentally and emotionally ill. I was immediately calmed, I was in no danger whatsoever.
