You gonna get them boys set out of the drill using that tech at combine, HS to college, College to pro, they are wanting to see right hand down, turn the body right hand down. Not right then left.

Hey coach thanks for the insight there, I am the coach in the video. (Twitter: @coachblair27, @ninety10sports) It is usually what ever instructions that is given to the athlete when they get to the drill. Some coaches want to see if you have the capabilities to both (hands) directions. Often athletes are one sided and that imbalance can cause them trouble later in their career. I have done combines and I have personally been the athlete in the combine. Appreciate the insight, so everyone knows what will be asked of them.
