What fps do you normally use? I'm curious because all your animations are really smooth, and I was wondering if it's just the way you draw the character, the framerate, or both. This is so cool!!!!

I use 24fps and I animate on the "twos," so it acts like 12fps!

oh this is so awesome omg! I always strive to make smooth animations too if I may ask a question, obviously you dont have to answer! i always struggle keeping patterns accurate between frames :o is there a trick to that? either way love your art and animations

I would just say to rely a lot on onion skin and tracing the patterns very closely. If you need to, you can trace where the pattern is on one frame then move it into place if it's moving to a different spot. What typically helps me is to outline each marking on every frame before coloring it in. For me it's not really difficult, but more tedious than anything. Hope that helps!
