Hey guys! Did my third big modification to totally change the looks of my Proton X50!

haha dilemma very long already whether wanna lowered. but may void warranty and also worried will kena the bottom part of the car. Apart from that not many aftermarket spring/ HLSH suspension available for X50 yet.

Hey bro, I feel after changing the rims apparently the fuel consumption is still the same. Overall X50 is really quite thirsty but Driving thrill vs Fuel Consumption to me is still okay. So far my car full tank RM80 can jalan around 290 KM only. But the after effect on changing the lighter wheels helps me maneuver the car easier(better handling). Hope this clarification helps :)

Hey bro! Good question. There is another way to make the wheel come out abit by adding in KZSPEEDY Spacer. They already have the size to be fitted in X50 and also comes with warranty. The cost will be around 1k+ if I am not wrong. My suggestion is add this in and Voila your car will look much awesome without changing the rims.

@@2o1j3s i take back the original rims. Keeping it for future purposes. I think it is better to keep because the Flagship rims is going to be in high demand in coming few years. But for me I am keeping it just in case.

Hey Amir, it applies for all variant. As long as you install back the tyre pressure sensor and also not putting in a bigger rims. So far my car send back to Proton Service Centre no kacau at all.

Nope, any good rims shop will know what to do as this technology is not only on X50. Went back to proton after my rims change no kacau, even my SA loves it

I think upgrading it 2inch bigger is going to be fine, changing the rims wont void warranty provided the TPMS is isntalled back properly.

hey bro, i bought the rims is RM3180 + RM385 for wheel nut. I didnt trade in my rims but the original rims trade in price is RM500. I manage to get 10% discount from my total bill so total below RM3k.

U may need to check with ur Toyota SC. There are so many car that replace rims as long as dont change suspension etc.
