Surely the Proton X70 is far better. Morris company has been closed in England some 15 years back. Chinese JV production of MG can be good provided sustained 3S Services are available. Coming back to Proton X70, it is actually Geely X70. the exterior design is done by US designers and interior is designed by Volvo. Most surprising is that during 2016 till 2019, an average of 250,000 to 300,000 units were sold in China by Geely. Even in Malaysia its the Top Brand.

To people who are saying proton X70 because of the fact it is cheap and has a better engine and MG doesn’t have climate control or manual buttons, well that is correct but first people say we need more technology in Pakistan and when they bring it we just say old school is better! Shape wise MG is better and not only shape wise but build quality wise too! I have both cars and have tested both, MG was best!

Don’t just fall for the features in the price, What do you think Thailand is better than China or the USA? These both have better build quality overall. Ask anyone, MG looks loyal than proton on the road. Even DFSK glory 580 pro had I-talk and collision assist and the 360 camera, but the difference being its quality and some features. And not to mention only the lux trim of the proton x70 has the i-talk and stuff and it isn’t even AWD. MG stands out and everyone knows something different is coming whereas proton(the car i sold on pak wheels) isn’t that appealing and just looks like DFSK GLORY 580 or Honda BRV.. You can’t defeat me in any car facts and that’s a FACT

Mg awd has 231 hp and 360nm torque and the one in Pakistan is fwd and it's actually 169 hp and 250nm torque and proton fwd is actually 181 hp and 300 nm torque and awd drive is also 181 hp and and 300 nm torque so in terms of power mg has point in all its hs variants and features proton both are 🔥

I like both but Mg not yet announced. When start localy unit .And issue parts Availablity & Service. Mg use Hi-Octain. Proton is no issue of thease thing every things is very clear. In proton use regular fuel thats y proton is good . Proton Engine power is better than Mg hs.

Both cars are looking well, but MG 's interior is more attractive than proton, some options of proton are advanced than MG. if these both companies can do some thing more, I advice them to promote these cars into all wheel drive option looking into the view of fond of Hunters/off road drivers and as well as dessert safari lovers.
