[PROTOTYPE 2] WIP Mercer mod update added even more new mechanics and stuff

Hi so finally was feeling to upload the rest of my features for my mod so here it is.Credits to MysteriousPowers for taking some time to make me learn some Cheat engine and hex editing stuff.Thanks to JackHeller for his base counter attack script(I just used my version of the counter attacks using jacks's base script so i can start the thing).Also thanks to him for helping me understand the attributes.Also thanks to Nixson for the attribute idea in the first place.This mod is still WIP and not released in the public.It will get released when i have fixed all of the bugs and problems that the mod still has.Thanks for watching.

mercer taunting his own minions could legit make sense in a way - maybe even what mercer did for shits and giggles in the actual game while we play as heller he made them and he's testing them for the evolved hes actually telling them "come on, i chose because i thought you were better then this" and for the blackwatch bois it could just be to taunt them and for his own infected creatures...just force of habbit i guess?

@@smoky8161 this might be a weird thought, your mod is amazing and I love it. It sounds like he's dying and in pain from the final battle, is it a bad idea to get voice lines from the first game and see if works? They are completely different voice lines. It would make Alex feel like alex more I don't like that he sound like he's dying and almost beaten by James Heller. Lol

Hey man i really have a bad problem i have a debug menu and this npc like evoled and infected and something like that. But I can't spawn most of the debug i hate this i need a answer i can't spawn them unlike others i want to spawn evoled and juggernauts and making people be evoled for me i want that .

hello, awesome set of mods. 1) is it possible to turn off the shield break mechanic? 2) i was always wondering if there is boss mercer model with heller looking body mutations? sadly heller powers designs look cooler 3) is there a mod for musclemass power in p2? 4) is there a mod for mercer melee set in p2? 5) is there a mod for instant ground dash similar to Wesker ? i saw smth similar but there was no download option(

Hi, thanks. 1)I will only do that if a lot of ppl dont like it and as far everyone loves it.Since the shield in p2 is stupid broken. 2)Its a mercer mod so i will not include a lot of heller stuff.But in general i think yes. 3)Only if someone use the model from p1 to p2. So only visually and not the moves.Then yes its possible 4)If you mean bare hands- no power punching/kicking moveset no.Sadly we dont have a lot of those to use.Only 1-2 from supersoldiers. 5)I dont know what wesker does but ground dash can be made with scripting.

@@smoky8161 1) alright then will i be able to not install the shield break? also not sure about that death animation)) so the ability to install only number of mods that are wanted 3) would be cool, hands from boss mercer model, cqc moves from supersoldiers, upped damage to the point that it explodes weak targets like in p1 and so on. However there is also a issue of combining it as a power and putting it on the power wheel( 5) wesker moves so quick so it seems that he temporary dissapears like vergil from devil may cry If ground dash is possible, can we expect it in the future? @@jadenjedicorr The mod will not have seperate mods and prob not for a long time cause i have to redo almost every script and that will take time that i dont have.About the wesker thing it can be done sorta but i will not do it cause the game has already crashing issues and fps drops and that will make it even worse.And ground dash already have mercers ground dash so i dont need to make another one.

Definitely should just stick to more subdued grunts for traversal as opposed to the ones that sound like Mercer's getting his ass beat lol. Other than that, it's pretty good

We cant control the grunts.Its a one replace code that replaced every grunt of hellers to mercers

I think that's too many consumes to regen the shield. It should be one one juggernaut or two hunters. And even then, that should simply speed up a timed regen that would give you the shield back anyway in like 20-30 seconds as long as your health isn't dropping. That and/or you can instantly regen the shield for a single mass bar.

Hi thanks for the suggestions appreciate it. So Ive thought all about those as well.Using mass bar for getting shield back or passive shield regen.The consume amount is not a lot cause you have all the other tools in your disposal that is increased speed,dodges,invicible roll dodge or simply running away using all those etc etc plus i already use mass bar for other mechanics as well. So not having the shield back that easly will make you do more decision making before you just avoid them or run away from them to get the shield back with little to no effort especially when you can just spam the same moves over and over they cant even hit you. This is making you to double think before you block/parry with shield and use it less with more caution and not just spam it whenever you want to. Thats my goal in the first place. After all shield is the most broken thing in p2.

You cant install prototype mods to console as of yet.Its possible but no one have really make the tools for it
