Yes, you are right. Actually there is a misinterpretation here, you do not just evaluate requirements , you also evaluate software itself.

@@DanaTenor yes you r right.. dummy software will be developed here. then released to the customer. if he satisfied then original software will be developed. if not satisfied the cycle will go on continue to develop the prototype

Mam i thing the "testing comes first" before deployment. I believe because on "Waterfall model" you explained the testing comes first. Does it matter or not? Either we can do testing after the Deployment or before deployment.
