What I learned in this lecture: The prototype model is a model in which we create our own dummy model for the development process based on the needs of the customer. First we create a quick design then we build a prototype. If the customer is pleased with the model we continue onto the other phases of iterative development with feedback (design, implementation, testing and maintanance). If the customer is not satisifed with our prototype we create a new prototype based on their feedback and we continue this process until they are satisifed This model incorporates both prototype development and iterative development The good thing about it is that it can be good for the customer since we are creating models until they are satisifed The bad thing is that it may have high development costs since if the customer has many unsatisfactions we need to create many new models which can take a lot of time
