Awesome, explained it very well. Just a small question, is it recommended to make protractor config file as ts extension? because if complied it will go to js output folder and will not persist on base folder, what's your opinion on this?

Conf.ts is not needed, at the end conf.js is only we are going to execute. May be for code suggestions we can use it but not for the execution.

Hy bro, can u help me I am getting 0 scenario 0 steps error. Somehow cucumber is not recognised feature file..I am not getting where I did mistake….m running my script from package.Json where it is triggering command protractor path of config.js Project skeleton like Project -config -config.ts - Features - test1.feature - stepdefinations - test1.steps.ts -JSFiles -config - config.js -stepdefinations -test1.steps.js
