Story time: I was doing pest control in a very modest house for an older wheelchair bound gentleman. He had musical memorabelia all over the house. When I was near his piano, he asked if I played. I responded 'a little.' He said 'Play something.' So I threw out one of my quick improvs. He says 'That was Fats Dominoe's first piano. I went about my business. He had music piped theoughout his house and Proud Mary came on. (I don't know what artist. Not CCR or Tina Turner.) I started singing while I was working and I heard the man say 'Pick it up!' I started looking for what I dropped and he rolled up behind me and said 'Pick it up' again. I figured out that he was telling me to sing louder so I did. Next thing, I am singing a duet with this really cool old black man. Turns out he was local legend Frogman Henry. He opened for the Beatles in New Orleans on their first American tour in '64. It was such a pleasant experience. He gave me a Frognan cd box set, autographed photo, an invitation to a bar b que and a nice memory. He lost his home and everything he owned in hurricane Ida. He passed away a couple of years ago.

It's interesting who we meet sometimes isn't it? Thank you for sharing that great story with me.
