I am 60 years old and still hit the bike parks. When some of my old HS friends ask why I don't golf, I tell them if you want to get old quick, then play golf. Body in motion stay in motion (Even an old body) :)

Great video. Great riding. ...I know it is hard to edit out good material, but I think more people would watch and enjoy it if it were shorter, i.e. if you showed fewer laps. I particularly liked when there was another rider ahead of you. Also, I've found it hard to give people a sense that you are catching air. BTW, I'm 64 and just got back from Mammoth Mountain and am getting ready to drive to Moab.

In fact a few of the members in the video are in their fifties (even knocking on sixty) From beginners to very advanced riders. The group is mainly UK based at the moment but have a few members in the US and NZ and Australia and we promote positive thinking, acceptance, progression and good humour and banter. Would be great to start a US leg with regular group ride.

Lol take up golf 🤣 Im 53 and just came back from a mini adventure one nighter bikepacking camping out in the woods it ended prematurely because of a faulty rim tape puncturing my tubes ( old school no tubeless ) but I will not stop as long as I can still turn the cranks 🤣
