I had a question about this, Its really hard to be honest about situations or trials im going through because everyone thinks I'm doing good in life, so my problem is i'm not trying to let people down and let them know the trials I'm facing because wouldn't they look at me differently? I tend to over think a lot as well so sometimes i do exactly what proverbs 18 verse one is saying I go into isolation but it dosen't end well because I could be releasing a lot of stress off me just by talking about it but its hard to do that as well

KJV is the exact opposite. Sometimes It’s good to separate yourself to “seek and intermeddleth with all wisdom. V. 2 A fool is not seeking understanding or wisdom, he’s trying to find himself..” very different. See Clarkes commentary on this verse.
