Proxmox always seems to have surprises waiting for us. Edit: I just installed. This is VERY exciting!

Great video, thank you! PDM looks amazing to me, I can't wait to see it once it gets it's first stable release.

So very much like xen-orchestra for XCP-NG or vCenter for VMware. Love that Proxmox is finally doing this!

looks like a great solution for managing multiple nodes without clustering

This is awesome! I never want to cluster the nodes in my home lab because everything changes all the time, including nodes. Removing nodes, in my experience isn't easy or fun, in small HA's. In theory this could be used to replicate(no HA) a VM for a cold instance then spin it up when the other VM looses connection(goes down). So many possibilities.

Excellent. I'll be following this closely. I don't have much of a use case for this on my home lab currently but that may change after the new year if I stand up that second hybrid NAS ive been thinking about.

Proxmox really should be sponsoring your videos 😊 I can tell that you're a huge fan. I really need to try it sometime!

Looks like another vCenter for VMware. This time it makes sense when managing large number of nodes and clusters. It's awesome to see the migration tool for the nodes and hopefully between clusters. This will be a game changer for large enterprise ProxMox users.

you do not need finger pring if you have a valid (not self signed) cert BTW same concept as for PBS
@DBTechYT28 минут бұрын
that's likely true, but using a fingerprint is easy enough. Also, took me a minute to figure out what "finger pring" meant lol
