Both Maelstrom and his descendant, Flagburg don't seem to like Alex too much. Or it's the Mantra again as Alex did say that Rorowa was the strongest deck out of the set.

Inlet does not restand by himself since the vanguard is not Flagburg, he restands with Maelstrom's effect
