Just bought the Evergreen one, although it's more like olive. Love the neck, pickups have relatively low noise.

I think you're a couple years too late. The "outrage" has passed. PRS guitars aren't for me, but the general consensus is positive when it comes to the Silver Sky.

Silver Sky headstocks aesthetically look meh to me, but I do prefer the straight string pull of the 3+3 tuner design. Function over form. To me, Suhrs have the ugliest headstock on Fender type guitars.

3+3 probably brings more stability when it comes to tuning (my very own speculation). I wonder if anybody has dig into this more in depth.

It's so weird to me that people say that. I think it's one of the best headstock designs. I mean, people like the bulky Fender headstock and hate the PRS one. I don't get that one at all. The PRS's headstock is very minimalistic. It's basically a skewed Gibson headstock, but without a steep angle and the neck breaks. PRS isn't for everyone, but because of the signature details on the Silver Sky, it sets itself apart from the other copies of the Strat. It has a sleek classy feel with a modern twist. The headstock encapsulates the company. It's built on tradition, but with a modern take. It's not reinventing anything, just taking pieces of the best of different guitars and incorporating them into one.

Very subjective, I find it quite beautiful and one of the best headstock styles of this period. Fender headstock is actually ugly looking. Better are the Ibanez and Solar Headstocks if you are going to the 6 x 1 headstocks.
