I totally understood the concept, but really not quite sure how I can do in real time. If I have a stock trading in BSE and the same stock is really good in another countries stock exchange, Can we sell it? Is this what you meant trading in different exchange? Arbitrages should be via 0 net investment from the hand, in the example given you should have borrowed money and cover the interest from the profit.
