Sir, people are into trading not due to addiction. Millions of unemployed people, small businessmen who had to shut down their business due to ecommerce, educated jobless youngsters, etc are into trading. If not SEBI, the FM should be alive to unemployment problem and exempt tax on loss-making traders. SEBI can ask brokers to include checks in their portal to discourage overtrading to reduce losses.

Yes, Govt shall create environment for job creation, But What do mean by exempt tax for losses, ? Where is tax on losses.? The losses can carry forward for next years to set off against profits.
