Its really frustrating because the career opportunities are lost. The regulatory agencies should worry about the more blatant frauds occurring in Finance rather than setting up baby creche facilities that enforce leverage discipline and killing possibility for any industry to flourish.

According to "box theory", nifty has come back to the old "box" of 19500-20000. Nifty will trade in this "box" until it either goes to lower "box" or the upper "box" and mind you guys, the "box theory" isn't something to be taken lightly. If that leverage rule is takenoff then at some point they can loose all money in case of LC. If an individual does naked selling it's his money and risk But if you do with others money then it's a crime as it can kill others by throwing them into financial crysis. I have money to one person in 2019 for doing F&O and he lost all money in just 3 months with leverage. He doesn't have any money to give to us. Not only me many people's money gone with him. I know now it's illegal what he did

In India no Hedge funds allowed because here Shell Funds, Maurituts funds, Godi funds are active and therefore genuine FIIs are shutting their business in Indian capital market. Now be prepared more retail people will get slaughtered in market by these funds.
