I Scratch so Much Use all kind of Creams And Take parasite cleanse Nothing Doing .I am Sometimes Goid when I walk Around But as soon as I sit Down Bam its on worse at Nights .I want to Use a Brillow Pad .Any Suggestion.

Not going to lie, I have scalp psoriasis and its far easier to not scratch then this. I found E45 cream really sooths the area but the itching comes back so strong the day after. Its VERY hard not to scratch you lose your mind if you dont.

Sounds suck but scratching it feels so damn good. When I’m in the shower, I lather my asshole with soap then I take the shower head, put it on pulse spread my cheeks and shoot the water up there. Hot water helps the itching plus deep cleanse lol

I didn't quite put my finger on it at first but I switched from naproxen to Tylenol for my arthritis a couple of years ago because I heard it was safer. Since then I've had the itch. I switched back from Tylenol to naproxen and no more itch. I wonder how many people with anal itching take Tylenol?

I do carnivore diet which is simply meat, salt, butter and water, and I still have the issue so I don't think it's food related. The one caveat is that I have one coffee a day (so I can't rule that out). Other than that I don't eat anything. I did manage to rid myself of it before by not using toilet paper, used bidet instead. Came back since not using a bidet.

Dr. My mom had some spacers and stimulators put in her back for back pain and back arthritis. A surgery tied to putting in a simulator caused itching right above her butt crack that’s so bad she’s suicidal. We think a nerve must have been hit. We don’t know what to do after going to a multitude of doctors that have not been able to diagnose the cause. No meds or injections hv worked: Pls help me.

I used to have it when I was three to six years old. It left after treatment after treatment of some type of cream. It never cam back until I was in my forties and was so bad I could hardly walk and it was bleeding over the entire area. One treatment I found to get rid of it within four days, was to douche. I know that's frowned upon, but that awful itch goes away very quickly with noticeable effects after one day of treatment.

Very good video got prescription from general pract. The hydro cream did not work so I am off to my local gasto Dr. For a visit to talk and he will look for problem I do expect an exam or at least he will try to find problem

lidocaine cream will make it stop only thing I have found that gives some relief. The itch is unbearable , lidocaine gone within few minutes.

I have itchy anus. Not herpes. Burns and itches like hell. Butthole feels like 1000 ants crawling. Try toothbrush and chopsticks but no relief. Help please! Any creams or ointments?

Eat lots of fiber and drink lots of water to get good stool consistency. Use water or baby wipes (wet wipes) w/ aloe to clean after stool. Crush garlic cloves and soak it in coconut oil and apply it (just the oil) post stool (3-4 times a day). If the itch flares up, apply a little bit of the crushed garlic directly on the itch. It will burn and feel uncomfortable, but keep it for at least 10 minutes unless it is unbearable. Right after, draw a warm sitz bath (or any tub to soak in) and poor some oil in-oil that has garlic soaking in it. You can also eat 2 raw cloves of garlic each morning on an empty stomach. The latter is just in case it's pinworms. The main thing is to keep the area clean, dry, and free of irritants. Avoid constipation and diarrhea at all costs!
