I second Kanzen Kankaku Dreamer, but for Mighty long fall the 35xxxv version is so much better. Because it was the at the end of the show they had a bunch of giant inflatable balls with RGB LEDs in them.

This song is the theme song for the live-action Rurouni Kenshin - The Beginning, a samurai with a reverse blade sword who vowed never to shed blood again. The story inspiration was from Kawakami Gensai, a japanese samurai, one of the best elite asssasins of his time. And funfact : Taka (vocalist) was in a Japanese boy band/idol group in 2003; Toru (guitarist) and Ryota (bassist) were in a Japanese hip hop dance/group in 1996; Tomoya was in a percussion group in his school days. This is the song that got them a solid global fanbase, riding on the phenomena of Rurouni Kenshin Live Action. Been listening to them since 2009-10 tho, which makes this song so special to me because it finally landed them global recognition they deserve

Being from the US I was lucky to find OOR in 2014 because of the Rurouni Kenshin movies. Taka is best friends with the lead actor and he was the reason OOR has their songs in every movie.

This is probably in a lot of other comments but OOR live is a must. They're the only band that's better live than in studio. You should react to "Kanzen Kankaku Dreamer" live at Yokohama stadium Mighty Long Fall tour. They almost always play this at the end of the show and is so upbeat and fun. During the eye of of the storm concert Taka pulled several crowd surfers on stage at the end of the song.

Been a fan of theirs since 2011/12 stumbled on them by accident looking for a different Japanese band - went to a Warped Tour because it was their first time in the states - 2014 I think - they may look young, but they're all in their mid 30's - one of my faves 😃

Fair reaction but for the sung intro you need to start in a lower key or use more chest voice especially if recovering from illness. Oddly I found the skipped over Encroma segment troubling, when you have for so long properly incorporated the add its sudden footnoting felt wrong, probably just my aversion to change or liking for continuity. Not really my thing but the variety on your channel is good, I think maybe once a year for any artist is enough, you couldn't just react to transient punk, prog & grind core.

So glad that you are reacting to One OK Rock because they are awesome. As other people have pointed out, they are much better live. They sound better than the album or MV and Taka puts so much more emotion in his singing live. I hope you will react to more One OK Rock songs because they have over 140 songs and almost all of them are great. I am not sure if you like the heavier stuff or ballads but you can't go wrong with any of their music. They are going back to their rock beginning so Make It out Alive and Delusion" All are really great songs.
