It is but only on the Japanese PS store sadly :( you would have to make a Japanese account to own it legally. Other than that you get the rom and put it on your vita

great video, one question tho, did the cover leave the mark on your vita? i saw other youtuber reviewing this product and the cover actually leave a scratch mark onto ur vita since the design was basically hold ur vita with a little claw in top left and top right of the cover, any feedback will be appreciated thankyou

So there is 2 versions. The one that is for the slim vita does scratch but this one is a little different in the way it holds the vita in. Haven't had any issues yet.

the one you saw was the clamp style, this one is like a crystal case, sadly only the dream gear is probably the closest to this on the slim version
