This is a form of communication with the Sony Computer Entertainment demons, ever since PFear, Fearful Harmony and PS2 RSOD were established as some form of satanic ritual/symbolism - they were created with the goal to harvest the souls of all helpless Sony enthusiasts/consumers by the freemason Ken Kutaragi. He and Sony know all about this, because they were the ones who helped developers bring Bubsy 3D to the PlayStation. Use a or Corrupt the bios with a ps2 emulator, with a real ps2 you’d have to find a way to corrupt the bios somehow
