I also got wrecked by Zanbamon many times. However, if you know the mechanics of the game and are up to grind to a certain extend, he's actually really easy. Speed is the most important thing in this game. Always focus on speed when training your Digimon at a gym. The faster a Digimon is, the more likely it can attack two times in a row or evade an attack. Before fighting Pharaomon, grind against Dokugomon to get lots of Spider Webs. It's actually one of the best items in the game (besides Counter Crest). Don't buy equipment until you can go to the Black Market and Amaterasu Server. The stuff there is so much better. Also, Zanbamon fights in a certain pattern. It always uses Hunting Knife after the same number (can't remember the number) of normal attacks, so you can use that to your advantage. It's not that hard if you just know how the game works

Just sacrifice 10 hours of playtime for leveling or collecting some item/partners without saving to get raped by Knightmon, which cant be defeated. Lol no one mentions Datamon that OVERKILLS your party with a regular X4 bomb attack and heals himself with a self regenerating move. Pain in the ass if your party was under leveled. Had to use Grizzlymon for his combo attack a lot with a lot of deaths from Datamon's Digital Bombs with regenerating any damage he took.

I beat Zanbamon very easily. I used Imperialdramon FM when I fought him. All I had to do to defeat him was use Giga Crusher twice took him out before he could Hunting Knife on me. My Veemon was very strong
