You could use PS1 BIOS corruptions videos for the corrupted boot part, bcause shattered boot logo is still believable, but disk load logo (PlayStation) can't be just cut in pieces, since the PS logo (the one with red letter p) is 3D When corrupted, it sometimes is replaced with random files from bios ROM and looks like random dots and text (main menu, SONY, etc.) And sometimes it gets just like really corrupted, but still able to be displayed. So we get corrupted polygons of PS logo (it can be stretched, turned into mess of spikes, can be just unrecognisable), or we can see, what's on the other sides of it. Many stuff to explain. Sorry, if there are some mistakes/misspellings, i'm from Russia, and i have learned English for a pretty long time (like, for more, than 7 years) P.S. SCPH-08273? Who are you, soldier?😂

Correct, and it was kind of a bit of luck You can go onto CapCut and go to the effects, then go to TV and retro, you should find The effects there If u need glitch effects you can just go to the glitch tab at effects. I’ll try to find the file again To give you a bit of more clear information.
