Bad/True ending: Safe/Recovery mode didn't work and the files are permanently corrupted, which means you have to buy another PS4 (This video) Decent ending: Safe mode worked, but it surprisingly reset the PS4 like it's first used right now, well at least you still have your PS4 Good ending: Luckly for you, safe mode worked and successfully recovered the corrupted files, you still have your data too.

wait, if it damages the system files, just reinstall system software through USB/PC? however, "Cannot start the PS4" means that it is unaccessible through normal means (power button, safemode) BUT accessible if you just reinstall system software, as that replaces the current software (only from oldest to newest, downgrades are impossible without CFW) plus, for this violent glitching, the video components of the PS4 should've been damaged severely (which, in this case, software of the system does not really do much here, i think. the error does revolve around software errors (internal file failure/corruption, HDD being unreadable due to software being corrupted) the error codes also are obviously fake, 00000066-6 is just, bad. FFFFFFFF-F or anything of the like would've fit better, OR an actual error code that is related to this video's plot: software corruption leading to read failure.
