PS4 Pro Bricked (Again)

I have heard it could be the hard drive being corrupted. It's ridiculous how sony did this.

This error normally happens when you unplug the power cord multiple times which causes the hard drive to be corrupted which would lead to a safe mode loop. To fix this error you would have to wipe out all your data and get a new hard drive since the old one is corrupted.

Mine got corrupted by the same thing but I delete it and works fine now

That explains why my HDD is now faulty, my ps4 used to get disconnected a lot even in rest mode

this happened to me and i lost all of my saves and i didn't have anything backed up to ps plus because i don't have ps plus because i don't play online. but yay i lost literally everything except for my trophies

It happened to me 3x in 7 months. I think Sony is doing this on purpose, because before the PS5 came out everything was fine they are pulling the crap apple does with there phone 😡

I hope things went better for you. Just as general advice: if a company doesn't treat you well, don't keep buying from them. I'm such a non-fan of Microsoft, Sony, and Nintendo that my latest console is an Xbox 360. I would honestly just stick with PC gaming if you're already investing that much money in it.

i know this is 2 yearsnlater but i unbricked my ps4 by putting hard drive from a different ps4 into the bricked ps4 i got the screen where it says about update file i then put original hard drive back into ps4 and it done the update it needed so maybe for other people having same problem i guess me trying another hard drive sorted the problem i dont play battlefield 5 so that never caused my "bricked ps4" problem its always worth a try
