Unplug at the wall power. Wait 3 seconds, then plug back in. Then push your control power button and nothing should happen, then push your eject disc. That should work

My control came on for second and switched completely off.then I did eject disc. But after a week the same thing happened. So I ended up just doing the standing on your ps4 method haha. And its working.

I plugged the power out for 3 seconds then pressed the ps4 controller button. It showed the blue light on the ps4 and did a beep but didn't open after that I pressed the eject button for 10 seconds and it still didn't work...

I kept doing this for one hour and it randomly started working, i was about to give up but the disk inside ejected and then it booted normally.

I have an issue with my PS4 and im not sure what's causing it. I've been playing on PC for the last year or so and I've recently tried to set up my PS4 and play 2K. (By the way before i switched, my PS4 was working fine before) Once it turns on i can play for about 2-5hrs and then at some point it will randomly just turn off. After that i then have the issue where i cant turn it back on. Ill get the sound and the blue light but then after a few secs it will just switch off. I then have to wait like an hour before my PS4 starts working again before i get that' turning off' issue again. I opened up my PS4 and cleaned it properly, but i still get the issue, so i doubt its coz of overheating. Has anyone had this and found some kind of solution?

Look my works with a hair dryer get a hair dryer and then take the cover off and turn the dryer to low and aim it to the ps4 fan let it spin for 10 to 15 seconds and then turn it on and then boom is on for me it works every time i been using my ps4 every day using this method

Just take the lid of idk how the slim one is so your gonna have to search it up and then use a dryer to make the fan spin obviously make sure to unplug it and then plug it in before doing that and do not turn it on until you make the fan spin then proceed to turn it on. That's what worked for me back then
