step 1 ) use the browser to download the file of ps4 9.00 firmware then extract it maybe? i am not sure but extract it where the zip file is both like zip and extract one on the same folder step 2 ) hold the ps4 power button for 10 seconds to boot in safe mode step 3 ) you have two choices either you can reset it and then install 9.00 firmware or just directly click on firmware upgrade and insert usb I hope this helps. I don't know if it's correct because I don't own a playstation but still you can search it.

Hi, I have a PS4 Slim Goldhen 10.01. Even though auto-updates are unchecked, every time I connect the PS4 to Wi-Fi for FTP or other purposes, games download updates automatically. Without deleting them from the notifications, the games updated cannot be started. Any idea how to fix this? Great job, man. Thanks!

You can't downpatch PS4 firmware without a significant hardmodding endeavour. My advice is to sit on your consoles until their firmware is jailbreakable.

Ps4 fw 11.00 was released on 13 September 2023 and its jailbreak was released exactly on may 9 2024. Now, by that logic ps4 jailbreak version 12.00 should be released in may 2025 as well cause fw 12.00 was also released on 13 September 2024

Well, older firmwares can't do anything online, they can't buy digital games, can't buy PS plus, can't load their online games, so of course they are impatient lmfao, I already updated to 12.00, got tired of waiting, and figured PS plus was worth it for me with lots of great games in my backlog.

I know- I had upgraded months ago on my mint, used and cheap and PS4 Pro- and it's absolutely great! I just get a chuckle out of all the people that jump onto the comments and onto the Reddit site asking "When will the firmware for 11.xx be ready??" as if they are some entitled customer. They haven't a clue how much work goes into reliably cracking the security or even how the community does their talent resourcing. And the PS4 games on disc are still quite cheap enough as long as one is savvy and patient enough in searching for sales!

@@mattb9664 Honestly, my PS4 is like pretty old at this point so it could up and die at any given moment, I couldn't leave it turned off and dusty for what it was seeming to be months of waiting for an exploit that isn't even confirmed to be a jailbreak lol. Have some empathy, they're probably quite young and cannot afford these games. In my country, physical games are VERY expensive due to tariffs, same situation with digital games, so yeah, I hope there's a jailbreak pretty soon as a Christmas present for these folks

Awesome news! have one question that I cant seem to find the answer too.. What is the best way for sending files to my JB PS4 that has the FTP & Bin Loader Servers turned on in Goldenhen? When I enter my IP into FileZilla it doesnt just work. Ive seen FTP apps in the PS4 Homebrew store but they seem to use their own seperate methods and programs to do it. I would like to just use the FPT built-into Goldenhen.. Also can you connect to the PS4 on the PC to manage files on the internal and external HDD's for removing files, etc.. Thanks!
