You could have fussed the glass onto the plate that way it wont collect dust .

It'll be easier to remove the glass to dust out the insides with his design. His idea in the video works perfectly fine. Also it improves airflow.

Other issue with fusing the two is it will be tough to hide the glue and seam between the two. Another idea is using shorter spaces and plugging the gap with the rubber strips they use to waterproof car windows.

Very sharp looking work, once it was all said and done. You really went above what I expected when you repainted the core of the unit from black to silver/gray, that played really nicely with the contrasting blue outer case & lighting.

When you need to cut into something like you did here, putting washers on both sides of the cutting disc can act as a depth guide and prevent accidentally cutting too deep.

Bonita customizacion pero yo le hubiera añadido un metraquilato justo donde estan los disipadores. Con el espacio que tiene entre el metraquilato y la carcasa se escapa el caudal del aire y no enfria los disipadores bien.

The only way I see you stopping the dust is take away the screw spacers from the see through cover and have it flush against the blue cover.
