If anyone is wondering the date is 07/27/24. The summer Olympics just had day one and I received my new Gen 3 case. It came equipped with notes explaining it was a new gen case and the changes made. It also offered me a switch back to Gen 2. I thought this was very thoughtful. If the company is ran like this I'm super impressed and can't wait to use case while traveling. It looks and feels super put together. It says the Gen 3 have a sleeker design. I plan on taking it to Las Vegas Vegas for Star Trek con in one week. Later this summer I will be taking it on a long motorcycle trip. From the looks of case and the way my PS five fit into it I'm not worried about any dropped cases that might happen.

You won't see it since these companies charge whatever they want for the cases, hell paying the same for their so called PlayStation 5 "compact case" compared to the last gen version ($68.95) actually gets you absolutely no extra benefits since that case had extra space for 2 video games, 1 controller plus its cables yet are charging the same amount
