Thank you very much for the video. I lifted the dap053 ic and with it line 15 came off (it's not going anywhere from what I see) and I changed the resistance 30RO (30k) but I got 27k, is that okay? The source gives 12v but after 3 seconds it falls

Hello friend If you check the video at 42:14, pin 15 does connect to somewhere.. About the resistor I this 3k is big enough to make some effects to the circuit its used in. So its better to use 27k+3k resistors in series to make it 30K

In my power supply I also have the ZD39 diode broken near the R96 resistor, do you know the model?

ZD39 is a zener diode with ZM marking code Its part number is PDZ18B

Its most likely you have a problem with the motherboard not with the power supply. If the problem is the power supply then ist most likely to be a bad output electrolytic capacitors
