You gave us formula Va1-Va2 = Ia1 x Zf. Now in the problem you have written Va1 = Va2

Sir if in LL Fault, the line currents of the line is in opposite direction with the same magnitude, that should mean the Fault Current would be zero or there's no overcurrent on the fault. Can you clarify this sir? :D

Fault current is not ib+ic but it is either ib or -ic .so it cannot be zero
