do you have to pay 15 per card do you do get a discount the more you do?

I still pay the advertised bulk rate of $15 unless there are any specials at the time. There is a "preferred pricing" program but we are not yet eligible for that

@@BoosterBoysCards so 15 per card and do they upcharge you if its a crazy value card or keep it 15? ive never done psa or know much but i got some cards i thought about sending in.
