Squash is truly physical chess, what an intelligent player! Thanks for shedding light on this; as casual players it is easy to think that MES wins due to his racket skills and physicality. But truly MES plays with a lot of strategy and awareness

Love this content! As a somewhat older fellow, I am facing the challenge of keeping up with the younger ones as well. It is only recently that I have discovered the concept of making them play my game, which seems to be what Mohamed El Shorbagy put upon Ali Farag in the second game of their match. It is great to have that idea demonstrated and discussed. Keep up the great work!

Fantastic! You're right. There are many ways to win squash matches, and finding a way to get your opponent to play your game is critical. Now you have a template in mind (as you mentioned). All the best implementing it! - Ahad

What is the most optimal way to train your physical condition for squash in your opinion?

It's a massive question and to be honest it depends on each person's starting point and deficits. A 45 year old sedentary person will have to train very differently from a 25 year old fit person. I wish there was a simple one size fits all answer to your question! All the best, - Ahad

Dear Ahad, I’m a big fan and take this as a very friendly advice but you you move the two rackets at left or at right, because as they are today, it gives you a Mickey Mouse look. Once you have noticed it, it is very disturbing! This being said, your channel is really a great source of thought and improvement, even for an old player like me (60). 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
