Anxiety Central here this past month or so Ariel, so this is perfect timing for me just now. Just listening to this teaching has calmed me down and helped to quell those pesky thoughts (mine enemies), that I know are not real but just a part of the ego. I know this and still fall for them every time grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr. It fascinates me no end when you bring in the Sephirot to work with the words of the Psalms. Infinite Intelligence and then some.
