When I hear this song, I think of our Lord Jesus hung on the cross praying to the Father in behalf of those who feel abandoned. Like parents with children of special needs, people with psychological problems, terminal illnesses, those who have encountered injustices in this world, like the ones killed by mass shootings and more. Jesus praying in my behalf and your behalf.

Remarkably beautiful song, stirs the heart deeply. The composition with your amazing voice is excellent and a great reflection of His image in you. I think the only thing that can make it any more beautiful is to add another verse using the last seven verses of this wonderful Psalm. It is the the ending for which He endured all the suffering.
