Beautiful reminders of Gods never abandoning love for each one of us. I never heard that verse but it is now a favorite and gave me chills. You speak of true hope and thank you. And thank you for reminder that others are looking at us to see how we handle things, we can share the hope and the light. :)

Thank you Katrina. I really liked the reminder in verse 3. My reactions to life's trials always speak more loudly than my words. Great Holy Spirit reminder!

Thank you Katrina for your words of encourgment. Here are a few more thoughts. Could hope be called positive imagination? Heb 11:1 Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. (Commentary KJV) Likewise, everything that Jesus provided for us is already real. It does exist, but it exists in a spiritual form that we can’t perceive with our five senses. We have to believe that these things exist Rom 5:1-2, 5 Therefore being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ: By whom also we have access by faith into this grace wherein we stand, and rejoice in hope of the glory of God. And hope maketh not ashamed; because the love of God is shed abroad in our hearts by the Holy Ghost which is given unto us. (Commentary KJV): Galatians 5:6 says faith works by love, but this verse reveals that hope works by love also. God’s great love for us is the motivation for faith and hope. It causes us to be filled with all the fullness of God (Ephesians 3:19). Eph 3:19 And to know the love of Christ, which passeth knowledge, that ye might be filled with all the fullness of God. (Commentary NIV) The fullness of God is fully expressed only in Christ (Colossians 2:9-10). In union with Christ and through his empowering Spirit, we are complete. We have all the fullness of God available to us. But we must appropriate that fullness through faith and through prayer as we daily live for him.
