When Almighty God says...be still...He is alluding to the fact that unknown to us we are travelling at the speed of the expanding universe whilst Heaven and all of its residents are stationary in a different space-time zone and by prayer, righteousness, and fellowship with Jesus Christ we tap into that righteous zone. We also tap into electromagnetic laws which our Deity own, and administer from that space-time zone. This will prove especially important when Wormwood comes fully into our gravitational space creating great tribulations which will ultimately lead to a new heavens and a new Earth...but Yeshua/Jesus Christ tells it best.
