i'm a bioscientist - the more I learn and discover in my chosen field, the more I'm humbled and amazed at how great God is. I've always known I was fearfully and wonderfully made - but watching the electrical activity in the brain of someone doing a math problem or seeing the immune system fight off infection under a microscope I'm just blown away at the infinite complexity of detail that He put into our design and so thankful for giving us the gift of intellect to understand it.

The neccessary valleys of death we go thru, the fruit and the growth that comes out of it, is like treasure that we add to that everlasting treasure chest that God says will never fade away or that thief's will not break in and still. It's so hard, but its neccessary. And we never go thru it with out God being with is thru it, He lights each step in front of us so we can take a step. I love how no matter where we are Gods goodness and mercy will follow us ALL the days of our lives, no matter where we are in our lives...struggling, drifting, trialing, etc. God knows and His mercy and goodness follows us. Amen!! There is no place where we can go where the Sheherd does not know it!!

Pastor J.D. in my personal Bible study I cannot get out of the Psalms. I am so drawn to them, David just AMAZES me. His heart, his thoughts, his relationship to the Father. It's so beautiful and fluid and personal, I'm hooked. I've recently been dx with cancer, and I had a friend tell me, "Hold to Psalm 91." OMG, I read it and tears flooded my eyes. I now read that and Psalm 23 twice a day. David was an amazing man. Perfect? No. Perfectly amazing? Absolutely!
