Fight fear daily with your holy sword , (the Bible).The book of Psalms is a good book to read to help with anxiety . Psalms 23, 91, 56 and many others. Since Covid 19, I have experienced panic attacks. It has affected my mental and physical health. However, I refuse to let the weapon of False Evidence Appearing Real succeed. It is not bigger than God. In the name of Jesus, I pray for love, power and a sound mind for every one reading this and those on the frontline (healthcare providers and essential workers). We are more than conquerors. Amen .

Perfect, I have been waking up at the same times all week, 1,4,6 and usually can go to bed soon after it’s just a pain. I believe it is due to stress, I am 16 learning to drive, working through this pandemic, and school work. This seems little but I suffer from major anxiety and sometimes I am just anxious and I don’t know why. I go to ccd, but I have never really prayed on my own before bed. The other day my mom said how she would love red tulips in the garden, and they appeared a week later, and no one planted them. I know it was a sign from God, so it has me wanting to learn even more outside of my ccd class and I have been listening to these for the last few nights and have had ease!
